Funding subsidies available for students!

RuralBiz Training has published a compilation of subsidies available to agricultural students that will cover either a full qualification or a cluster of units (part qualification).

  • In Tasmania, the Train Now Fund is designed to support businesses and existing workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsidies may cover up to 100% of the course fee.  You can apply for full or part qualifications.
  • In South Australia, students enrolling in a Cert IV Horticulture, Diploma of Agriculture, or Diploma of Agribusiness Management can benefit from subsidies from the Skilling South Australia initiative.
  • In New South Wales, NSW Smart and Skilled fund training is available for full and part qualifications. If you live or work in NSW, are over 15, left school, meet the residency requirements you are probably eligible for a subsidy.
  • In Queensland, the Queensland Skills Gateway offers funding to eligible students to complete selected Agriculture and Agribusiness courses.
