Overview
The Australian Council of Deans of Agriculture is made up of those Universities in Australia that offer degrees in agriculture and related areas and/or undertake agricultural research. ACDA awards the Professor Jim Pratley Scholarship for Research in Agricultural Education annually.
The scholarship is available to students undertaking a PhD, Masters by Research or Honours by research degree where the research project is in agricultural education or similar. The scholarship is a one-off payment of $6,000 in 2026.
The scholarship provides assistance for the student to complete their research project and may include travel to appropriate conferences or to undertake the research. Applications close 27th March 2026.
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be undertaking a PhD, Masters by Research or Honours by research degree where the research project is in agricultural education or similar
