The J E Jenkins Scholarships

The J E Jenkins Scholarship was established by the late John Evan Jenkins to support students undertaking an undergraduate program, in Agriculture or Social Sciences at the University of Adelaide.
The Scholarships will assist with accommodation expenses for students who reside at one of the residential colleges affiliated with the University of Adelaide (Aquinas College, Lincoln College, St. Ann’s College, St. Mark’s College, Kathleen Lumley College or Roseworthy Residential College) or in other University affiliated accommodation (The Village, Mattanya Housing, The University of Adelaide floor at Urbanest or University subsidised accommodation).
Two Scholarships are available to commencing and continuing students enrolled in an Agriculture or Social Sciences program. Applicants must be Australian Citizens undertaking study on a full time basis as a Commonwealth supported student.
Selection will be made according to academic merit with preference given to students who have served in the Commonwealth armed forces or who has relocated from outside of metropolitan Adelaide. Academic merit for commencing students will be determined according to ATAR or equivalent scores. Academic merit for continuing students will be determined according to students’ cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) or equivalent scores.Act Now
