Quality Assurance Manager

Manage policy, strategy and testing methodology to meet regulatory authority compliance.


  • Manage quality control of raw materials and finished products
  • Assist in setting quality standards and ensure production is maintained at such standards
  • Develop, implement and maintain organisation quality management systems and ensure continuing compliance to relevant quality standards
  • Manage product design and production engineering
  • Define quality objectives and verify quality policies are implemented and maintained
  • Maintain corporate quality manual and quality records
  • Review and report principal causes of quality loss and non-conformance. Ensure all check sheets are correctly completed and all non-compliance has been addressed and authorised
  • Arrange, coordinate and participate in external quality audits

A Quality Assurance Manager requires a degree in science, engineering or similar. Most universities offer a relevant course.
