DairyAusDairy Australia’s Managing Director, Ian Halliday, told attendees at the inaugural Australian Dairy Farm Investment Forum that $2.3 billion has been invested in on-farm technologies and innovation since 1980. Australian dairy is the 4th largest exporter of dairy in the world, accounting for 7% of world trade and is a $13 billion farm manufacturing industry directly employing 43,000 people.
